I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida. I am here to help you navigate those unexpected obstacles. I include foundations of cognitive behavioral therapy to address anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also incorporate a solution focused approach to situations that are not heavy as others. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for my clients to process all of life's obstacles. Our life is composed of countless puzzle pieces.
